IMPORTANT :
In order to deliver the EcoSphere in the best conditions, our EcoSpheres are shipped in express (Chronopost ou UPS) exclusively from monday to thursday. No shipping will be made on fridays and the day before bank holidays. The shipping will be done in the following seven days of your payment.
We ensure shippings until minimal night temperatures of 4/5 degrees. Below these temperatures, we are able to stop any shipping if the weather conditions cannot allow a safe trip for your ecosystem (mainly low temperatures).
Despite all the precautions taken during conditionning, it can happen that the ecosystems arrive cold or even frozen. You may also have the feeling that our shrimps are now on the way to their "hawaiian shrimps paradise" !!
It is very important not to panic and it is necessary to wait few hours so that the EcoSphere is heated gradually with room temperature. 9 times out of ten, the "habitants" of the ecosystem will swim again as nothing happened !!!
