IMPORTANT : Each EcoSphere comes with a Replacement Policy. So, you need to buy this coupon ONLY if you need to ask for a replacement following the above coonditions.
Should all the shrimps die for any reason during the replacement period, Ecosphere Europe Ltd will replace the unit promptly.
The replacement policy period will start from the original issue date of your original EcoSphere. This Policy requires the customer to pay all shipping charges.
EcoSphere Europe Ltd agrees to replace your EcoSphere any time within the policy period indicated on each product should fewer than one (1) shrimp remain alive. No other warranty, implied or otherwise, shall exist on the EcoSphere. No warranty exists where the glass is cracked or broken, or where the temperature or light limits have been exceeded (ie too much algae have grown).
The company will make replacement only upon receipt of the failed system. All returns can be shipped by regular ground mail, ground UPS, or Federal Express.
In case of warranty, you have to purchase this "warranty coupon".
Once this done, the following items must accompany your return:
- Name, weekday shipping address, and phone number
- Serial Number (found on bottom of EcoSphere)
Please indicate a date you would like to receive your replacement (business address preferred).
